Questions
- Do I need a membership to see solutions?
- No. Every problem, hint, final answer and worked solution is free with an account. A membership only adds the timed practice tools.
- Can I try a firm mock first?
- Each firm's page shows its format and sample questions, and the 2-minute drills are free as often as you like. The timed firm mocks and single sections come with a membership.
- Does it renew?
- Yes. Monthly renews every month and Quarterly every three months until you cancel. Both unlock the same tools; Quarterly costs less per month.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings → Manage subscription opens your Lemon Squeezy billing page in a new tab, where you can cancel or update your card. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- I have a free pass. What happens to it?
- It runs until the date shown in Settings, then the member tools lock unless you subscribe. If you subscribe before then, billing starts the day you subscribe.
- I found a wrong answer.
- Tell us at support@leetquant.tech. If it is a real error, we fix it.
- Can I get a refund?
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded — if you were charged but your access didn’t activate, or you were charged twice, email us and we’ll fix it or refund the duplicate.
- Who handles the payment?
- Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, handles checkout, receipts and sales tax. We never see your card details.
