Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.leetquant.tech (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

LeetQuant provides quant-interview practice problems, worked solutions, problem ratings and a saved list. Problems, hints, answer checking and worked solutions are free with an account. Some practice tools (timed firm-style mocks, 5- and 10-minute drills, rankings and the full readiness report) require a paid subscription. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Subscriptions

A subscription unlocks the member practice tools. It is billed monthly ($19.99) or every three months ($39.99), as chosen at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings (Manage subscription); you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and handles receipts, renewals and sales tax. Free passes we have granted unlock the same tools for the number of days stated, do not renew and are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded — if you were charged but your access didn’t activate, or you were charged twice, email us and we’ll fix it or refund the duplicate.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for your own interview preparation and study. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content

Problems, solutions and other materials on the Service are owned by LeetQuant or used with permission, and are provided for your personal study. Notes you write remain yours.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is professional, financial or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeetQuant is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes & termination

We may change or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
