These terms govern your use of www.leetquant.tech (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

LeetQuant provides quant-interview practice problems, worked solutions and spaced-repetition review. It is offered free of charge and provided on an “as is” basis.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for your own interview preparation and study. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content

Problems, solutions and other materials on the Service are owned by LeetQuant or used with permission, and are provided for your personal study. Notes you write remain yours.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is professional, financial or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeetQuant is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes & termination

We may change or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
